[600MRG] Loop on ground ??

This is what makes our hobby so interesting. Can't dispute what others 
may have observed using various loops but for my location, which is 
rural farm land I found my loop on the ground to provide a higher S/N of 
weak signals the majority of the time. My lot is about 1200' long so my 
loop was about 700' away from the nearest power poles. I liked it better 
then my 600' dipole and short E-Field probe antenna. For me it was a 
good performer, YMMV.
