Sort of. It doesn't actually track states worked. That could be
added, though it would require a small font for all fields to keep
each entry to a single line on standard size paper.

It is extremely difficult to keep such a list up to date for 2200m.
It appears many 630m operators are "QSO oriented" and care about
such standings. I get no such feeling on 2200m where I almost never
get an update from anyone. I have to try to track who works who. I
undoubtedly miss some.
