How to QSY UP in SlowJT9-2
Tonight I will be trying JT9-2 FARTHER above the WSPR band on 630m by another 500 hz...
I plan to be at 2200 Hz on the waterfall using SlowJT9 v0.9.15.0
To be able to see my signal on the waterfall, you would need to find the Right Arrow ‘>’on the spectrum at the end of the frequency scale. Click on that repeatedly until you are able to see above 2200.
Also, to prepare the program to TX and RX there, you might need to check the boxes in the MODE box that extend the freq range for RX and TX.
Make sure you have 474200 entered into the DIAL box, and PSKreporter enabled under
SETTINGS so we can see you on the PSKreporter map for the '600m' band selection.
>From the info Rik provided on the download page:
For v0.9.14.0 [ and up ] the default lower boundary is reduced to 200 Hz and the frequency boundaries can discarded for TX and RX (Settings → Mode).
In that case the TX boundaries will be 100 - 4980 Hz regardless of the JT9 submode.
The RX boundaries however will still be limited by the resampling process:
JT9-1: 100 - 4980 Hz
JT9-2: 100 - 2240 Hz
JT9-5: 100 - 840 Hz
JT9-10: 100 - 415 Hz
The download page is at http://www.472khz.org/SlowJT9/
Last night I was decoded from AK to TN and several in between. Thanks to those who watched for my SlowJt9.
