[600MRG] Was Propagation down overnight 9-19 / 20

Hi Andy,

Noise was way up again last night (3rd consecutive night) but many
WSPR guys are reporting a decent night so many station in NA were
hearing ok.  It was a very decent morning for domestic openings
regardless of mode... Pacific and TP plateaued early, however...

Make of that what you will...
