[600MRG] 145 kHz to 290 kHz

While hunting around for noise sources I spotted some signals at 290 and 293 KHz.  
A web search brought me to this site:  https://fccid.io/frequency-explorer.php?lower=0.145&upper=0.29
Looks like a list of RF polluters?
