[600MRG] Transformer design

I got behind on this... woke up yesterday morning to a critical
network failure and had to put my IT hat on. Then the wind storm
with power outages last night was and added bonus to the week. :)
I didn't find exactly what I was looking for but I did get a gentle
reminder that I am thinking "backward" with regard to number of
turns vs. core saturation AGAIN. I seem to have a mental block in
this area! My past experience is in HF/VHF/UHF. I've done a lot of
building but I had never worked with ferrite except for RFI
suppression until I came to these frequencies.
I'm going to go ahead and wind a transformer with a number of turns
that will give me favorable impedance step sizes and see if it works OK.
Thanks to all for the input.
By the way... I will try to be on the band for a few nights after I
get this sorted out. If anyone is looking for a QSO with me, they
should probably pounce before I escape back to 2200m again.
