[600MRG] Dedicated WSQcall dial frequency?

John...this is a very real problem up here in VE7 with so many ear
shattering local signals. The only way we have managed to survive is by
steadfastly sticking to transmitting on the 'odds' for all of us but this is
not the case for WSQ which effectively shuts out the local activity on this
frequency unless they want to break local protocols that have been working
so well.

What is the problem with doing this higher, around 477? By then, any audio
harmonics spreading down the band have spread out a bit and one can find
holes in the JT9 section to work. I have no idea why this was set up in the
middle of the long established JT9 / WSPR section of the band as these modes
are not compatible.
