Placing the loading coil outside at the central point of the antenna ground
radial system would have likely made two days of 'in shack' grounding work
unnecessary.

Yes I did . Spur of the moment decision to try transmitting, thus the coil in the shack.. Planning to put an
ATU box up outside, and move it where it " should be " asap...
