Read it.  No guessing involved.  I already knew about Fritz's 
recommendations before you brought it up.  It was clear what you 
intended to do, but frankly, doesn't make much sense.  If you beacon 
WSPR with the Part 5 call on 471 all by yourself, you'll be hard pressed 
to find a number of receivers willing to move there, if any.  That's 
just the fact of the matter.  474.2 USB dial was established a long time 
ago... at least since 2012, probably earlier.  Ask Joe Taylor about the 
how and why on that one.  You won't be taking up any noticeable spectrum 
running WSPR either. KL7L beacons WSPR every night on 474.2 USB dial and 
is heard all over the place.

Anyways, do whatever you feel suits your operations.  Good luck with the 
antenna.
