[600MRG] WSQ2 OPERATION moves up band next

The next WSQ2 activity by w0yse will occur at +2000 hz, with a dial of 474.2 kHz to get me out of the JT9 area. Altho' WSQ is a narrow mode (much less than FT8) I dont want to compete with the fun the JT9-ers are having lately.

I also do not want to go higher in this USB window so that I can monitor the JT9 and WSPR activity at the same time. The dial of 474.2 seems to be the "watering hole" for 630m.

In order to move to +2000, I changed some of the settings in the DL version of WSQ2. These are the ones I have changed:

Under SETTINGS:
Change LOWEST TONE ON TX: to 2000 hz.
AGC START…..to 1800 hz.
AGC END…..to 1900 hz.

Under DISPLAY:
Change WATERFALL FREQ RANGE…to whatever includes the area surrounding 2000-2080 with margins on either side of that. (I am using a wide waterfall from 800 to 2500 hz for now).

Under DECODERS:
DECODER 1 BASE FREQ: …change to 2000 hz
DECODER 1 SQUELCH LEVEL: …mine is 25-27 db, but make it whatever works for you…
DECODER 1 (AND TX) MODE: …set to WSQCall 1.46xxx tone spacing to make it compatible with those who might have to use WSQCall to decode me (which would require their dial to be different).

All other settings can be left at default until you want to experiment with them.

I will probably be active with this tonight. I will post on the ON4KST chat site if and when I do. Thanks for watching. Last night was quite a success with WSQ2, more than half way across the NA continent!!
