[600MRG] JT9 EU <> NA activity tonight

Hi folks,

Mal, G3KEV has announced he will CQ on JT9 tonight during the 
2300-0100z time period (approximately).

I will also be CQing during this two hour window, hoping for more 
European activity.

Rik, ON7YD/OR7T will leave his receiver on JT9 so we can use 
PSKReporter to see if we are being heard by his station.

There may be other European stations around.

We have not reached mutual consensus on who transmits first or 
second. I have proposed all participating EU stations TX first, NA 
second. If I get confirmation on this or hear of more participating 
stations I will post again with that info.

Let's cross the pond tonight!
