[50mhz] MFJ 6m yagi SWR

I have the 3 element MFJ 6 meter yagi and have had pretty good luck with it for a 2 pound antenna.  However, following the manual in terms of assembly and feeding has left me with a 1.8:1 SWR at 50.125. The antenna achieves a 1:1 SWR at around 50.5 mhz. Have any other MFJ owners noticed this as well?  Is there a good way to lower the resonant frequency some on it.  It works fine, but with my Icom 706 original I can't quite get full power out into a 1.8:1 swr.
