[50mhz] Condx in EM56

It hasn't been anything to write home about in EM04 either. This is probably 
the worst Es season I have seen since 2002 or so for this location.  Other 
life issues have kept me from being as active as I have been in recent 
summers, but in talking to the locals, I am not missing many openings. Heck, 
I was thrilled to work DM13 last night on 6!
