[50mhz] Condx in EM56

Or the lack of. In the last 5 seasons I've not seen a 3 day stretch in 
June as poor as this.  Hardly even a weak beacon signal.  Sherlock map 
was almost blank last evening. This season  only fragments of Eu 
signals. Very few Carrib. stns. heard. It was fair during the contest 
but less DX than previous yr.s.  Maybe condx. will get better as summer 
rolls along. I hope so as  E season  seems to be passing over EM 56.
