[50mhz] Spotting DX via e-Mail

I'm with you on this one Larry.  This is a real waste of bandwidth.
Anyone who is serious about wanting to know what is being spotted is
using the DX Cluster Network, DX Summit or other Web browser site with
DX spots listed.  If this continues I'm out of here.
