[50mhz] Radios in carry on luggage

My number 2 son carries guitars and a tube amp or two all over Europe 
including Russia and the old Soviet republiks without airport or customs 
hassles. He is a USAF Major dealing with his counterparts plus visiting US 
embassies. The guitar stuff breaks an awful lot of ice after hours and he 
often sells the amps for a tidy profit. He has them built in Germany which 
is where he is stationed.
