very shortly.  

Everyone is finding out that it is not a feasible solution.

Even the feds are finding out that it doesn't work.

I'm sure that line of sight versus using expensive satellite time has
a 
significant price difference that no amount of offsetting the price of
gas 
is going to make up for.  No worries though, as soon as BPL gets up
and 
running in full swing they can put a tap point at the bottom of every
power 
pole and there will no longer be a need to use any antennas.:-)
