Gentlemen: This will be completely irrelevant to 99 percent of you, but
to that one percent that may have a problem like I have, I hope this
helps. I am hard at hearing in my old age and am told that I lost 25%
of my hearing, especialy the highs. I use headphones when I operate
because it is much easier for me, especially on CW (My First Love)
I have had great difficulty finding a type of headphone that really
makes hearing CW/SSB easier. I have tried about twenty diffeent kinds
and not been completely satisfied until today. I admit I never tried Heil
Phones due to price, but you can say the price I paid for all the ones I tried would have bought a pair of Heil. True, but I didn't get the
message. Today I received a pair in the mail, an MFJ Model 392B.I was
absolutely amazed!! They are excellent, great response, both CW and
SSB and have an individual gain control on each headphone plus are very
comfortable and have great cushions. I am delighted. I bought them
from my dear friend Diana Gentry at Gentry Electronics in Longview,
Texas for a very reasonable price plus shipping. In case you want to
