[50mhz] use of a Hazer

I had a Hazer on a 40 foot tower in Alaska with a Mosley Pro 57B-40 and 
a 5L 6M Cushcraft.  Worked great.  Withstood 125 mph gusts and heavy 
icing.  Made antenna work pretty easy.
