The FT-620 and FT-625 are still good radios. I used both of these for 2 
years. When I bought my FT-920 I was pleasantly surprised at how good the 
receiver is on 6 meters. Also, the FT-897D is pretty good also. You might 
consider the 897D and the 920  also.
