Hello Again!

In the few days since October 9 when I officially released GJTRACKER Version 1.0, 
several requests have been made concerning various options.  In addition, I 
located some bugs reqarding locator calculations and have now corrected them, as 
well as improved the performance of the CALL3.TXT updating options.

The updated application and help files for Version 1.01 are now included in the 
.zip file at:

Specifically, the program now accomodates calculation of locators from decimal 
degree latitude and longitude.  The Real-Time mode also now accommodates 
fractional hour offsets from UTC (I had not even imagined there were such places 
before!).  Also, as I indicated above, I found some errors in the way locators 
were calculated from coordinates, and those have been corrected.

The final note is an addition to the help file reminding users to exit the program 
using the EXIT key (as opposed to just closing the active window by clicking on 
the "X" in the upper right hand corner).  VE5UF pointed out that improperly 
exiting the program will cause the memory reserved for running the program to be 
kept active - terminating the program with the EXIT key will close the program AND 
free up the valuable memory for other applications.
