CSVHFS Members:

I'm relaying this announcement to you on behalf of others.

It's confirmed that Lee Fish will be given FFMA #1 on
Saturday, October 25 at the Texoma Hamarama in Ardmore. The
plan is to present Lee with the plaque at the ARRL forum
which begins at 9:30 AM. Coy Day N5OK, the ARRL director in
that region will be making the presentation.

Lee is going to be driven to Ardmore by her son, Terry. She
will be there for the 9:30 am ARRL Forum on Saturday. She
will look for Coy Day before the Forum starts.

Is there some way that you can circulate to CSVHF members,
and especially the 5 area folks? Lee would love to see any
of the CSVHFS gang. She asked about WA5VJB, W3XO, K5QE,
K5CM, K5JL, but I am sure Lee would be thrilled to see
anyone from CSVHFS, as she was an active member in CS for so
many years.

Thanks for any effort.

Members, CSVHFS does not sponsor the Fred Fish Memoria Award
(FFMA) (the ARRL does) but we think it's a neat idea and in
line with our interests. So if you have some time available
on October 25th, consider attending the Texoma Hamarama in
Ardmore, OK.
