FYI: For anybody else wondering about this, received this from
Alex just now:

"Hello Bill, at 15th of Oct. I will be in Lithuania and the same
time my QSL
card should be printed. I will certainly answer to your direct. In
any case
my QSL card for all QSO where already send by me through GlobalQsl
system to
QSL office. Regards Aleksander."

So looks like this QSL need will be filled fairly shortly.
