[50mhz] vhf contest

[John Geiger]

The band was good here in SW Oklahoma for about the first hour of the
contest, and then started dying.  Did work a 1 land station that second
hour, but stations were few and far between.  Lots of activity at the
starting gun, though.  Lets hope for some good Es tonight and tomorrow AM.
