And for the last 13 years of the Novice, there was 10 meter voice, as well as voice on 222mhz and 23cm. I find it interesting that the FCC limited novices to 25watts on 222mhz and 5 watts on 23cm, but let Technicians, who have passed an easier test than the Novice one, run full legal limit on those bands.
