Well I have spent time and reading each and every message, and this sounds
like the best answer. Yeah it would be nice to carry on a ragchew, but
usually the opening is limited and most choose not to ragchew. If you are
answering a call follow what the caller wants. My situation here at my QTH
places me in a different circumstance. I am antenna limited and run a pair
of staked loops up at 30 feet. I can usually here 2 different openings on
the same frequency even though the 2 can not hear each other. Many times I
have wanted to answer a CQ but decided best not as I would be interfering
with the other QSO. Sometimes it about patience and realizing your not the
only one in this world and not everyone thinks like you do.
