I dont know about the G5RV, but, when I first got on 6M, before I put up my=
=20
6M Yagi, I loaded up a 255 ft Dipole and worked several people. I was=20
impatient and didn't want to wait.
Actually, the long dipole is great for monitoring, since it is almost=20
omnidirectional (in contrast to the beam).
I did not model it, at the time.
