[50mhz] Is summer Es late this year??

Last summer was one of the best Es seasons on record. 
Definitely the best in the 11 years I have been on 6
meters.  My log shows that I started making consistent
6 meter QSOs around April 22.  So we have a few days
before we worry.  Most years Es seems to start around
the beginning to middle of May.

One way to make the Es show up is to leave the house
on vacation for a couple of days.
