[50mhz] Yaesu FT690RII Question

I am looking at getting a Yaesu FT690RII, and am
wondering about whether it can charge the batteries
put into the C cell case?  Can't seem to find any
information about that, and the copy of the manual I
am trying to download won't download.  So, is there a
charging circuit built into the radio?
