If it is not a rptr, then
1) Why does it ID as such? (call/R)
2) why does it ID every 10-15 mins with NOONE using it (illegal under
Part 97)
3) why does it give out the time every 15 mins on 52.525 (also illegal
under Part 97)

I have operated remote bases for years myself...I know what they are and
what the rules allow, etc. What he is doing is causing interference on
52.525 SIMPLEX.....regardless of whether its a rptr or not.
(Yes it SHOULD ID, but only when someone is using it ;)
