This is probably the KLEZ virus -- on SOMEONE ELSE'S COMPUTER.  The
KLEZ virus scans many files on the infected machine to gather up
To: email addresses, _and_ it picks up yet another address to
forge the From: addy.  It could be a friend of yours -- or a
total stranger who has your web page in their browser cache -- with
your mailto:// therein.
