[50mhz] Infected emails from me?

I have recently received a couple reports of people receiving virus emails from me. 
I have not been sending the emails, and apparently somebody has accessed either my
Netscape email address book, or somehow gotten into my MS Instant Messenger list of
contacts.

I have recently updated my anti-virus software on both home and work computers, and
have scanned the computers, which appeard to be clean.  If anyone has any
suggestions, I would appreciate hearing from you.  I wonder if the problem might be
that I have MNS Instant Messenger Service Version 3.6 on my laptop (I cannot upgrade
past this version because I do not use IE).
