Hi John, et al...

No, my 847 will only go one way.  I set mine to monitor, say 6 meters,  then
crossband that signal, when received, to a 70 cm FM frequency.  I use my ht
to monitor when I'm outside in the yard.  Wish I could transmit back from 70
cm to 6 meters but it just won't do that.  It IS full duplex in the
satellite mode.
