[30m] Net Details

I like the idea of the digital net and I'll be happy to help covering 
west coast whenever I am available. If this is going to be some sort of 
net helping people with their WAS, please always include your county in 
your checkins and exchanges and I'll get a lot of county hunters joining 
the net for sure.

We are using 10139 kHz (carrier frequency, not dial fq, ie. for example 
10138 USB dial, 1000 Hz tone) as our frequency whenever we have mobile 
going across the country running counties.
