[30m] Band Plans

Well... thank you...People who have submitted all the entries have done 
an excellent job, not so much me :-) All I did was wrote the application 
and added some initial entries to make it look worth adding more stuff 
in. If you have more entries to add, please submit them with the form on 
the page.
