[30m] 10.137 Net

Sorry about the antenna problems again.  This time, the problem was
water getting into the antenna due to the rain.  I wiped up the water on
the Screwdriver antenna and added better sealing to the top of the
antenna to keep the water out.

Would anyone like to take over as primary net control next weekend?  The
net also needs a backup net control.

I'll hang out on 10.137 MHz on a number of evenings over the next week.
In fact, when I'm using PSK-31 on 30m, I'll hang out around 10.137 MHz.
(I actually tune the radio to 10.136 MHz and have Digipan set to USB so
that 10.137-10.138 MHz is right in the middle of the waterfall display.)
