I am rebuilding a used KLM 13 LBA. I do not have the instructions and need 
to know how to prepare the coax to connect to the driven element. I tried a 
guess and now the antenna is resonant at the top of the band. So, I guess I 
need to make the connection longer to drop the resonance to 144.2. But, what 
is the proper length to trim the coax braid and center conducter including 
lugs?  Anyone have this antenna and the info I need? Thanks.  Lloyd NA4D
