[2m] Pace Communicator II

Am still trying to find the correct pin out for the 4-pin mike plug on the Pace Communicator II
2 meter FM rig.  I was given one pin out and it was no correct as it shorted out the audio.
Have a great rig but as yet have not been able to get the mike to work...HELP!!!
