OK, I will listen for it later tonight, I don't hear it in Nevada right now.
The recording sounds very much to me like LTR, Logic Trunked Radio to me, I
have an encoder and can provide a recording if anyone likes, but for such a
signal to be that low and that wide is silly.  It doesn't sound like any
OTHR, Over The Horizon Radar that I have heard and I've heard a lot in
twenty years.
