[160m] 160 meter Inverted L antenna

Thanks for all the responses to my previous emails regarding my 160 meter
antenna question. I have started working on an inverted L. I have buried
11 radials so far (didn't realize how much work that is!) and am planning on
having around 30 radials total when I am done. Some are as long as 80+ feet
and some will be 8-10 feet but most of them will be around 60 feet. I do
have a couple of more questions...

1) How far away from the tower should the vertical section (about 50-52
feet) of the L be? I only have two directions (sides) of the tower that I
can connect to. The side I would like to connect to is close to my deck and
I can only put it about 6-12 inches away from my tower. On the other side I
can put much more space between the vertical and the tower but it will be
more difficult to tie the end of the horizontal section ( the other side has
a tree that I can tie to.)

2) I have an inverted V dipole up for 160 currently that I will have to
take down to keep the L from interfering. If I decide to put up a
receiving loop in the future, how far away must I keep the loop from
interfering with the inverted L? I have two towers on my small lot, but my
second tower is only 30 feet tall and is probably only about 35-40 feet away
from the bigger tower. Would this be far enough away from the L?

Thanks again for everyone's input on my project. Hope to catch you all on
160 meters soon. Now, back to digging up the back yard for more
radials......
