[160m] Do you remember?

I am a CW op. currently working 80/40/15 with a Heathkit HW-16 and 10m with 
a Realistic HTX-100. I would like to purchase either a transmitter or 
transceiver for 160m. I'm looking for a tube unit, although any suggestions 
would be appreciated. I have extensive experience DXing AM broadcast radio 
and would love to get involved. Even a very modest one or two tube 
transmitter would be fine. I'm not looking for a powerhouse. Also, I think I 
remember Heathkit producing single band transceivers going back to the 60s 
or 70s. I think it was the 60s since I think it had a green front panel. 
Does anyone remember these, and if so, was there a unit produced for 160
