!0 and 6 have been spotty here in E.Or.  Keep in mind that eventhouigh the band is open in one area that 150 miles away it is quite possible that you will hear no signal at all.  One post mentioned the beacons, out here in the NW there are not too many for you east side guys to listen for but do take a stroll through the beacon sub band as it is a good indicator.  Best idea is to just key up on 28.400  and call cq, hope to catch some of you on 10m and or 6m 73
