[10m] Nets on February 23

I was contemplating having a 10-meter net at 12:01 AM on the 23rd as the 
new regulations go in to effect and all technicians are allowed on 10 
meters.

This might be a good opportunity to get some new 10-10 members or at 
least get them on their way with some 10-10 stations.  If anything, it 
might be a good opportunity to introduce 10m to the technicians who 
previously were not able to get on the band.

Has anyone planned a net in their area for this event?
