[10m] HTX-10 power supply

Whoops.  My mistake on the current draw for the rig.  I had an old 2 meter 
75 watt rig
that drew around 10 amps.

Have you noticed that the S-meter reads low?  It does not matter a lot to 
me as I have found
if I can hear someone I can usually work them.
