[10m] HTX-10 power supply

The manual says the rig draws 5 amps.  The ARRL testing states 5.2 amps.
Perhaps a supply of  7 amps is sufficient.  Be prepared to have to adjust
the FM receive on T3.  I've owned two of these and both units needed this
adjustment.  It's an easy adjustment.
