Hello,
Try tapping the PCB with a plastic end of a screwdriver and see if you can find the cold solder joint (i.e. if the receive comes back on 12/10m when you tap the area).
If you can find the approx area then reflow all the solder in the area.
I have a FT1000MP and mine needed a new rotary encoder for the MEM/CH and I also had to replace all the electrolytic capacitors on the switch-mode PSU. My main receiver was also 3db down on RX compared to the sub RX and it was a faulty roofing filter (aftermarket INRAD) - which I removed and put the radio back to standard.
