[1000mp] Broken DSP Function

Dan,
It's probably due to dried out electrolytics on the DSP board. My
1997-vintage MP had the same problem about 6 years ago and Byron,
WA4GEG, rebuilt the DSP board. My old MP is better than new, thanks to
a couple of trips to Byron.
