[1000mp] FT-1000 MP vs MKV Filter Handling

The FT-1000MP allow for complete manual settings of filters and 
adjustments. To be sure, some auto features, and user settable features, 
occur when selecting some modes, and the interaction of the User button 
settings.

Due to a lot of user confusion (some due to manual, and a lot due to the 
complications of the radio to the user of the day) and complaints to 
Yaesu about the complexity of the filter selection, filter adjustments, 
mode interactions, filter center frequency and on and on, significant 
changes occurred with the FT-1000MKV version of the MP.

The MKV forced a lot of the changes needed by a mode of operation to 
select filters and other parameters the way Yaesu determined all those 
settings should be. End result is that the MKV doesnt give the user a 
lot of the manual selection options via the control panel the way the XP 
does.

However, a talented person wrote a program that allows you to access 
those features, using a software program that allows for MKV 
configurations the way the users wants to set it, like is done on the MP
