[1000mp] 1000mp parts needed

That's interesting.    If its a part that is used for   another more recent 
radio that is more than  possible.     I agree it doesn't hurt to ask but 
its a  policy off all the big  manufacturers to not maintain parts supplies 
for radios  that are  discontinued for more than a few years.     Not a  
great  
deal.     I am aware of the MP situation as I  owned one  some time ago     
I 
still own the  MPKKV!   Great radios!

I once again suggest a want ad (free) on  QTH.com.      Its the best site 
on 
the web!

Its doubtful you will  get  a meter from Yaesu.     That  radio is now 10  
years  out of production and they dont stock parts for  radios out  of  
production.      Suggest you go on QTH  and ask  for  the meter on a want 
listing 
(free).       I  have found  a few parts that way!!!!
