You're in luck, I found the information in my notes.
 
TX relay is:  Matsushita  NR  HD  12V   AE5343
 
RF parts will have to cross reference it because the original in no longer  
available.  It's a fairly common relay that is used in the Kenwood radios  
TX.
 
RF parts number is  1-800-737-2787
